I wasn’t sure what to expect during my first reiki session, but I went into it with an open heart and mind. When we first got started, I felt at ease right away. The way Kris attended to my comfort and feeling of safety was soothing and warming from head to toe. I had been feeling anxious for days before my session, and by the end, I felt calm and relaxed. Kris got me to such a place of ease during our time together, that it felt like I was transported to a place somewhere between being awake and being in a dream. At the conclusion of my session, I had a newfound sense of harmony within my body. Kris verbally processed the entire experience with me and helped me identify ways to maintain the peace she’d helped uncover inside of me. Kris did a tarot reading and ever since I’ve been applying what was read to me in my everyday life and keeping my eyes out for the signs the cards told me to.
